The location is only short drive to several towns and coastal resorts.Kate our host was lovely. Pleasant sitting out/ dining area decked with fairy lights and flowers. Access to pleasant walk, 10 mins from local pub serving food.

This is a lovely place to stay. Willand provides good access to local towns eg. Honiton, Cullompton, Tiverton,Wellington and Taunton. The coast is a 40 minutes drive away. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and contains everything you need. The shower room is exceptional with toiletries provided. Kate your host is friendly, welcoming and provides a great breakfast. There is a pleasant sitting out area with pretty plants and flowers. There is a gate which provides access to a pleasant walkway. Eileen and John Bird.

Breakfast was amazing. A gorgeous hamper with homemade marmalade, local honey and jams, 3 choices of cereals, fresh yogurt etc. Plus a hot bag with toast and croissants. It couldn’t have been better. The garden area that Kate has created is spectacular. Opening the patio door in the morning or evening is a sight and scent to behold. Fairy lights and the joy of wonderful flowers and their smell is just magical. Ben’s wood craft is a joy as well. Everywhere you look there is something to see. A little Wizard overlooking the lane, hand crafted birds feeding from a coconut shell, a beautiful cat planter, and oh, there’s another one on the fence watching the birds! A joy. And I will be back for sure!!

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was beautifully decorated and stocked. The location was particularly good and quiet for me, in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was also not far from a residential area as well as nearby dining options, I appreciated it. Food was gorgeous and I have nothing but perfect memories from this trip: )

This place is conveniently located close to a pub, restaurant, and Madame Tussaud's Las Vegas Wax Museum, with a spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom.

The rooms here are spacious, comfortable, and come with a delicious breakfast for just £70.

The location was lovely and absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. We found it in a peaceful area not far from the back garden of a residential house. Nearby dining options were available. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was different.
